We are a robust courier that provides a spectrum of transport services for petroleum companies. We specialize in transporting white product (Petrol & Diesel), Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG), Oil, and Lubes.

The company was incorporated on December 23rd, 2013, under the Companies Act of the Republic of Uganda.

We enjoy a diversified customer portfolio and hold signed contracts with major players in the oil and gas sector, including TotalEnergies, Vivo Energy Uganda, and Rubis Energy Uganda.

We operate a dedicated standard fleet with an average age of 5.2 years. Our total White Product truck capacity is 1,300,000 liters, and our LPG capacity is 88,000 tonnes.

No, all company resources, including our trucks, human resources, premises, and other administrative gear, are fully retained and operated directly by Harry Transporters Limited.

  • We undergo rigorous compliance audits to validate our operational safety and ensure our trucks and drivers are mission-ready.
  • We achieved a GREEN rating on our Inspection of Transporter’s Conformity (ICT) audit. In an inspection conducted with TotalEnergies Uganda Ltd on May 16, 2023, we obtained a final score of 3.01 out of 4.
  • We have transitioned from reactive to proactive and predictive fatigue management.
  • Our trucks are equipped with Voice Fatigue Cameras to monitor drivers in real-time.
  • We strictly monitor working hours, including CDT, DDT, WDT, WRT, and night driving, through our On-Board Computers (OBC).
  • We enforce a “Stop-Work and Empowerment Policy” which mandates that a driver who self-reports fatigue must not be penalized.
  • Our operational schedule requires working for 6 days a week followed by 24 hours of rest.
  • To support continuous operations without overworking our staff, we maintain a pool of 12 spare drivers alongside our main roster of 78 drivers.
  • Our general fleet consists of 66 trucks with an average fleet age of 6.5 years.

  • We educate our teams on why traditional extinguishers fail against these fires due to thermal runaway, toxic off-gassing, and re-ignition risks.
  • Our safety protocols require the use of Lithium Fire Extinguishers containing LiBr or LiCl to smother the fire and absorb heat.
